What is the most common question asked by your customers?

Many customer have set ideas on the values offered by some of the systems, for example thinking that the magnetic screens are cheap and cheerful. But new technology and improvements in the products means that magnetic screens are now a good quality option.

What system would best suit my home?

“Often the area of the home influences which screen system is best suited for the situation and the customer’s personal preference of course” Liam says.

Some common examples of this are –

Ranch slider doors - sliding screen doors are best for large sliding doors as they run parallel with the door track, rather than opening or closing (on a hinge), into the deck or home interior. Modern retractable screens are also popular as they offer advantages such as semi translucent mesh, slim line storage cassettes and no centre rails to block views etc.
Windows – retractable insect screens are very popular as they are an attractive, high quality system, which is easy to use and rolls away into a discrete cassette for storage. For hard to reach places, such as kitchen and bathroom windows, a sliding insect screen is best.
Entry doors – hinged screen doors are the most popular as they are the easiest to use in conjunction with entry doors. Retractable screens are also very popular particularly for their modern slim line finish.
