Knightguard® Rollergrille

The ultimate protection for commercial property

The Knightguard range of roller grilles are the preferred choice of thousands of commercial end-users throughout NZ and the Pacific Islands. Constructed from strong, high-quality materials, HomePlus roller grilles are designed to protect windows and doors on commercial buildings from forced entry by intruders.

Available in 5 aluminium slat designs or thick see-through Clear Polycarbonate slats connected by tough extruded aluminium rails, Knightguard is custom made to fit each doorway (or window) exactly. Roller grilles can be operated by spring balance or motorised depending on the size of the finished roller grille and can be finished in a wide range of colours.

ECONOLINK™

Our most popular roller grille for providing a physical barrier (with airflow and visibility), all at an economical cost.  Constructed from heavy-duty 12.7mm extruded aluminium tube and strong injection moulded fibreglass reinforced links, for superior strength.  

  • Links assembled into brickwork pattern - at 200 mm intervals
  • Anodised satin silver finish for heavy-duty aluminium tubes
  • Tubes spaced 45mm apart (centre to centre)
  • 3 tubes per link for added strength
  • Available with either manual spring balanced operation or high-quality tubular motors (depending on size)

SHUTTERGRILLE™

Knightguard's Shuttergrille provides first-class security and maximum strength using an extruded aluminium slat punched with design patterns or plain slats for a heavy-duty option. Pattern designs allow good visibility and airflow through the Shuttergrille, whilst still providing utmost security and an eye-catching appearance.  

  • Twin Row Diamond Pattern - Vertical Align or Brick
  • Rectangular/Square Pattern - Vertical Align or Brick
  • Available as Solid Slat 
  • Available with either manual spring balanced operation or high-quality tubular motors (depending on size)
  • Finished in custom powder coat colour or natural anodized

 

VISIONLINE™

Knightguard's Visionline incorporates thick see-through polycarbonate slats and tough extruded aluminium connecting rails into a sealed roller grille. The standard finish for Visionline rails and side guides is satin silver, but custom powder coat finishes are available on request.

  • Ideal security where visibility is required 
  • Visonline's sealed finish offers protection from dust and infestation
  • Available with either manual spring balanced operation or high-quality tubular motors (depending on size)
  • Finished in custom powder coat colour or natural anodized

 

ULTRA SECURITY™

Knightguard's Ultra Security is a tough but attractive option when a heavy-duty roller grille is required. Constructed from heavy-duty 19mm extruded aluminium tube and high tensile aluminium links, Ultra Security offers a premium security barrier.   The standard finish is anodized satin silver, but custom powder coat finishes are available on request.

  • Connected by high tensile 30mm wide T594 extruded aluminium links 
  • Links assembled into brickwork pattern - at 500 mm intervals
  • Tubes spaced 70mm apart (centre to centre) with two tubes per link
  • Available with either manual spring balanced operation or high-quality tubular motors (depending on size)
  • Finished in custom powder coat colour or natural anodized
